Impact

Impact

  • We strive for a high percentage of children to GLD at the end of Reception.
  • Children make accelerated progress and achieve well compared to their low starting points.
  • Children make good progress in reading and across the RWI phonics scheme.
  • Effective transition across phases particularly Reception to Year 1.
  • Children have built up a repertoire of songs they can sing
  • Children have a wider vocabulary due to books which have been read and discussed both at home and at school.
  • We aim to arrest any underachievement by continually evaluating and improving our offer to children.
