Walsall Council Children's Services have issued 26 fixed penalty notices for unauthorised leave of absence and persistent absence.
The cost is currently £60 per parent if paid within 21 day, rising to £120 per parent at 28 days.
It is important that medical evidence is provided to cover your child's absence and will ensure the correct code is recorded in the register.
Late spot checks are still on-going. The school gates open at 8:45am and close at 8:55am.
Can all dinner money and any other money be brought to the office please and not be given to teachers at the gate.

Due to the increasing number of children arriving late, Walsall Children's Services Education Welfare Officer will be undertaking 'Late Gates'. These spot checks will be taking place over the next few weeks.
School gates are open at 8:45am and ore locked at 8:55am.
If you wish to make use of our aster school provision, please be sure to book on a Monday or at least one day in advance of the session.
In the event of an emergency, be made on the day but it must be before 2:30pm.
Anyone who is held up on the way to collect a child is asked to call and inform the school please.
After a wait of 10 minutes, children will be taken care of in afterschool club for which there will be a charge of £4.50 for half a session.
