Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
As you are aware, all children at school are given a slice of toast each morning - this is paid for by the school. However, I have been in conversation with the 'Midland Langer Seva Society' who are a Sikh based charity that provides food to local communities. They have agreed to support the school and your child by providing bread for them each day - the first delivery will take place on 2nd 2016.
I'm sure that you support me in sending them a great big 'Thank you'.
Following conversations with various teachers, it has become apparent that some parents are not helping their children at home with school work. I see this as a missed opportunity to help your child progress and succeed.
If your child's class teacher raises concerns with me, I will be making contact with you to discuss the support needed for your child.
We would like any old coats, fleeces, hats, scarfs, gloves or any other warm clothing for use in our woods. Any item as long as they are in reasonable condition would be appreciated.
Children have a register in the morning everyday regarding dinners. If you have to pay for your child's dinner please can you ensure that the right amount is sent to school in an envelope on Mondays please.
We can no longer book dinners and pay later. The kitchen staff or the office can not give change so please ensure that the correct amount of money is sent in for dinners.
