Hello and Welcome to Moorcroft Wood Year 6's class page.

 

Welcome to our Year 6 class page. Here you will find all the information you need about our school day, see some samples of the amazing work we produce, the intriguing activities completed, the homework and spellings set and our fantastic weekly Moorcroft Marvels.

 

Some important things to remind you of...

 

  • This year the children will be doing PE on a Monday afternoon along with Swimming sessions and they will also have PE on a Thursday. Children will need come to school in their PE kits for both of these days. Just as a reminder, PE kits should be black jogging bottoms or shorts, a plain white t-shirt and a black hoodie or jumper. Any suitable pair of trainers or pumps can be worn.
  • They will have homework books to complete. the pages will b given given out on a Friday and are to be returned to school by the following Tuesday.
  • We will also have weekly spelling and times table tests. These will be communnicated to children on a Friday and then tested on the following Friday.
