Wednesday 13th May

Maths – Today is National Numeracy Day so I'm going to leave a timetable to a range of live lessons that are happening below. Go to the Numeracy Day website or use #NationalNumeracyDay on twitter to find the lessons. If you would rather look at the challenges below feel free - please note they are for all primary aged pupils so please use your discretion and the guidance on it to choose an appropriate activity to build confidence in maths.

If you want an extra challenge, feel free to pick an activity from the vast range on the nrich “Maths at Home” feature. Here is the link. For each activity, there is guidance, solutions and ways to make it easier/harder.

English – Have a quick read through the following link, then use the planning sheet you created yesterday to write your diary, pretending that you are the object!

Reading – 15 minutes of reading. Please send a photo of the reading or the reading record signed.

Science – After studying Gravity, we are going to move on to Air Resistance. It’s experiment time! See the PowerPoint below and then complete the sheet and experiment today. We are going to write up our results tomorrow. There are 3 versions of the sheet, (3* being the hardest). Choose the version you most want to complete.
