Welcome to the University of York!
Hi, our names are Mrs Joesbury and Mrs Etheridge, welcome to our class page. Please take a look below at all the fantastic learning that has been taking place in Year 3.
Also, why not visit our social media pages to see what's going on across school.
Our topic next term is Ancient Egypt and during the Easter holidays we would love you to make your very own pyramid. You can make your pyramid from any materials that you can find in your house or garden. You may choose to make it from cardboard, Lego or even make a pyramid cake. Feel free to be as adventurous as you like.
We would also like you to create a fact file all about Ancient Egypt. You can make the fact file using PowerPoint on the computer and send it to us or you can make a booklet or a poster.
We look forward to seeing your creations.
Have a fantastic Easter, have fun and stay safe.

From Monday 23rd March this page is where we will be posting home learning tasks and activities during the school closure. As well as the home learning booklets that have been sent home there will also be other topic based activities.
We have spoken to the children and explained that they can earn dojo points by sending pictures and videos of themselves completing the various activities to Class Dojo. If the class reach 400 dojo’s points they will earn a class prize.
If you have questions or need further information regarding a task please contact us via Class Dojo or Facebook.
Keep safe and take care of each other. We look forward to welcoming you back to Moorcroft soon.
