Good Morning Year 3!

We hope you have had a great weekend. We are really looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow on Zoom. We will send the details out later on today.

In English today we would like you to re-read the text ‘The Stone Trolls’ (this can be your reading for today) and then complete pages 9, Reading Quiz, and 10, Grammar Games.’ Remember to be able to show where you found your answers in the text for page 9. On page 10 look out for adjectives (describing word) verbs (doing words) and nouns (people, place or things). These will help you find the odd one out and explain why. We have attached the booklet above on Class Dojo and below on our class page on the website.

In Maths we would like you to complete the pages on fractions in your CGP books. Sorry we can’t be more specific on what page numbers but some books are slightly different. Remember the number on the top (numerator) is how many we have out of the total number on the bottom (denominator).

We would also like you to complete some Geography as well today. Today we are going to be looking at weather and climate, we would like you to click on the link below to BBC Bitesize:
