Our sound for today is…. x

You have done fantastically recapping all of your set 1 single letter sounds and using these sounds to begin to read words. 'x' is the last sound to recap today before we move on to begin to learn our special friends tomorrow!

For your first Literacy task today, tune into your RWI lesson on YouTube with Ruth, Gareth and Sara, watch the Alphablocks practise the sound ‘x’ or go on a sound hunt with Geraldine.

Can you now have a go at spelling these words? You might like to use your sound cards or magnetic letters to spell today rather than a pencil and paper. The choice is yours .
