Ordering Decimals
Zoom call at 9:30 for the first 15 minutes (log in details will be the same for every session). Please attend if possible.
In this lesson we are going to be using our place value skills to order decimals. When you look at decimal numbers and are looking for the smaller number remember to look at both numbers in the tenths column – if these are the same then take a look at the hundredths column.
Look really carefully when you are ordering decimals as some numbers may have the same value digit in the same column. Cross off the ones you have used so you don’t get confused and repeat your number.
10:45 – 11:45
Computing
Today is a chance to put your flowchart skills to the test, I have included a PowerPoint below that gives you a set of instructions that two humans need to follow. Think about how you need to lay out the different elements in your flowchart – do you need delays? Do you need loops? Do you need to stop one action before you start another?

A relative clause is a subordinate clause (additional information) that is introduced by a relative pronoun.
Relative pronouns are: that, which, whose, who, where and when.
Eg: Joe is the man who delivers the milk
who is the relative pronoun
delivers the milk is the relative clause

Quiet Reading Time
Find a comfortable spot for your reading or you may want to find an unusual place for a change. Ask your adult to send me a picture of you reading in your spot or tell me where it is on Class Dojo.
Make sure you have your reading record signed by an adult at home to show that you have kept up your reading and send over a picture on Class Dojo, this will earn you more dojos.
1:50 – 2:50
Enrichment
Time to get into the festive spirit and join in with all the cheer. Please find below a tutorial for how to draw a reindeer, one for how to draw Santa and one for how to draw an elf. Take your time and follow the instructions really carefully. I can’t wait to see your wonderful drawings. You might choose one or you could have a go at all 3.
