Friday 17th July

Thank you all so much for all of your hard work this year! The summer holidays are here so our lessons are going to reflect this!

Have a great holiday and if you would like to complete any of the pages that we have not used in any of the CGP books, feel free. See you all in September!

Maths – Last week we looked at imperial & metric units. Today I would like you to plan out a route (using the internet e.g. Google Maps) with an adult at home that is exactly 3.1 miles long! Then at some point (either today or during the holidays), travel the 3.1 miles (you can run, bike, scooter or walk) and let me know how long it took.

English – Seeing as you have got 6 weeks of uninterrupted time, write a list of thing would love to achieve/do over the 6 weeks. You may already have something planned or this could be your chance to organise yourself. Things could include wanting to go somewhere specific, learn a new skill, get better at something, a particular book you’d like to read or even someone you’d love to see. I can’t wait to see what you’d love to do.

Reading – 15 minutes of reading. Please send a photo of the reading or the reading record signed.
