Our timetable for the day is above which will show you when each lesson will be. We will stick to these video times for the forseeable which should help you plan your day around this.
We will continue with the 3 video lessons a day, there will be 15 minutes of input and then the rest of the time will be your own to go and do the activities.

We will be marking this work and using it as proof of attendance for each day.
Feel free to watch newsround each day to keep in touch with what is going on in the world.
In maths today we are going to practice the area work we have completed this week. If you can't remember how to work out the area of a particular shape, go back to Tuesday/Wednesday's page to see a tutorial. The Mathletics activities I would like you to complete are:

I'm going to go through some SPaG in our Google Classroom Meeting. Again, make sure you are logged in and ready to write by 10:20am as we will again only have 15 minutes of live video. You will need your plain exercise book ready with something to write with.
Having looked at punctuation and grammar, this week are going to link our grammar knowledge o practise some spellings. I know we have looked at this before but we are going to practise this today.
When we have two words that sound the same or similar but have different meanings, these are called homophones. The words we are going to look at today are homophones but there is a solid way to work out how to spell them.
Advice and advise. Two words that are similar sounding. However they have different meanings and spellings! Advice ends with 'ce' and is a noun. Advice means the words you say when you recommend someone does something. Advise ends with 'se' and is a verb. To adise means to give someone advice. Notice that the verb has an S in and the noun has a C in. This is the easiest way to remember how to spell the words: if it has a verb, you use an S; if it is a noun, you use a C.
Use this knowledge to work through pages 94, 95 & 96 in your CGP book.
