You might like to start your morning by singing our days of the week song on Education City to recap the days of the week. When you watch it and sing along, remember to make sure you look carefully at what each word looks like.

 

What is the day today? Yesterday was Tuesday. What day will it be tomorrow?

 

Once you have done this, turn to page 29 of your maths workbook again. Can you read anymore of the days of the week now? Can you tick anymore off in your book? Can you tick them all off now?

 

Challenge: If you can read them all in order, ask an adult to mix it up and point to them in a random order for you. Can you still recognise all the days of the week out of order?
